Overhead Systems

Attaching headliners and overhead consoles is fast and easy, thanks to VELCRO® brand gap touch fasteners and snap-in touch fasteners.

The gap fasteners provide three major advantages:

• they fill the gap between headliner and roof
• they provide invisible holding power for excellent appearance
• save time and money through simple, fast installation

These innovative fasteners give designers a superior alternative to conventional push pins and adhesives. A variety of sizes are available to fill gaps from 4.5cm to 7.5cm.

Installation is quick, since the hooks in the gap fasteners - which are heat-sealed to the headliner - mate with VELCRO® brand loop bonded to the roof. Designers can choose from several materials, including nylon and polypropylene.

If gaps are not an issue, VELCRO® brand snap-in touch fasteners offer another proven method of installing headliners. A thin strip of VELCRO® brand hook snaps into the roof and engages the loop sealed on the headliner.
