Automotive engineers estimate that approximately 60 percent of all warranty returns involve vehicle electrical system problems. The need is growing for better electrical/electronic distribution systems (EEDS) protection, as these systems are designed and manufactured to handle even more (and more complex) vehicle functions. ONE-WRAP® brand bundle tie and wiring harness sleeves provide this protection.

Available in reusable and disposable versions, our wiring sleeves seal at a touch to neatly and securely contain wires, cables and connectors. They also prevent snags or damage during shipment and in assembly pull-through. The sleeves can be ordered in a variety of lengths, and come in various colours and profiles to meet system requirements.

Economical and versatile, ONE-WRAP® brand bundle ties are simpler to fasten than even twist ties, and provide a cost-effective solution to wire and cable management. These unique fasteners are self-gripping, with VELCRO® brand hook on one side which mates with loop on the other. They can be slit, perforated and die-cut to meet specific application requirements and are available in 6 standard colours.

ONE-WRAP® brand ties are adjustable and reusable, and can be imprinted with the customer's logo to help reinforce brand identity.
